Rules and Regulations

1. Admission shall be granted only after submission of the prescribed application form and required documents.
2. Students must provide accurate and complete information during admission.
3. Any false information may result in cancellation of admission without prior notice.
4. Registration and admission are subject to the rules and policies of the Institute.
5. Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance.
6. Students failing to meet attendance requirements may not be allowed to appear in examinations.
7. Leave applications must be submitted to the concerned authority.
8. All fees must be deposited within the prescribed schedule.
9. Late fees may be charged for delayed payments as per Institute rules.
10. Non-payment of fees may result in suspension of classes, examinations, certification services, or cancellation of admission.
11. Fees deposited towards admission, registration, tuition, examination, certification, late fee, or any other Institute service shall not be refunded, adjusted, or transferred to another student, course, batch, centre, or academic session.
12. Every student must carry a valid Institute Identity Card while attending classes or examinations.
13. Loss of an Identity Card must be reported immediately to the Institute.
14. A duplicate Identity Card may be issued upon payment of the prescribed fee.
15. Students shall maintain discipline, dignity, and respectful behaviour within and outside the Institute premises.
16. Use of abusive language, misconduct, violence, or involvement in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
17. Any act causing damage to Institute property shall attract disciplinary action and compensation charges.
18. Students must carry their Admit Card and Identity Card during examinations.
19. Use of unfair means, cheating, impersonation, or misconduct during examinations is strictly prohibited.
20. The decision of the Examination Department shall be final and binding.
21. Certificates and results shall be issued only after successful completion of the course and clearance of all dues.
22. The Institute reserves the right to withhold certificates, mark sheets, or results in case of pending fees, disciplinary matters, or incomplete documentation.
23. Students must verify all details printed on certificates and report any discrepancies within 15 days.
24. Students must use computers, software, and laboratory equipment responsibly.
25. Installation of unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
26. Accessing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate websites is not permitted.
27. Students shall be responsible for any damage caused to laboratory equipment.
28. Mobile phones must remain on silent mode during classes.
29. Use of mobile phones during lectures, practical sessions, and examinations is prohibited unless authorized.
30. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
31. Any student found involved in ragging shall face strict disciplinary and legal action.
32. Students shall maintain cleanliness and protect Institute property.
33. Writing on walls, desks, computers, furniture, or other Institute property is prohibited.
34. The Institute reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.
35. Students shall be bound by all rules, circulars, notices, and instructions issued by the Institute from time to time.
