Online Certificate Verification Service(OCVS)
enables you to verify the details of the Degree/Diploma Certificates of the
students passed out in  2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022,2023, 2024 and 2025.

 This service is open for Employers,

Placement Consultancies and Other Govt/Private organizations after the registration for the service with a valid Email ID. The details can be used to verify the Diploma / certificate issued to the students and further submitted by them for the purpose of employment or admissions to higher studies. The data
presented here is based on the online records of the ICMS. For any further clarifications please write to the Executive Director, ICMS – Srinagar, J&K Head Office.
